World Bird Wednesday VIII

How often do you see birds waiting in line for food? Here is a picture of 2 Carolina Wrens, a Dark-eyed Junco and a Northern Cardinal waiting for a squirrel to finish up before they go and eat.

Hurry Up Squirrel, we are hungry!

  5. Ha, so cute... The juncos at my feeder are not so polite as to wait for the squirrels to finish!

  6. Love the line up! They do get a bit miffed when the squirrels show up to hog the food.

  7. I have never seen a Wren in person but I've never seen a bad picture of one. My kind of bird! Your tree looks like the line up at Cracker Barrel!
